Vesta partnered with Fastaff and TPS to move their office into a newly renovated core and shell building in the DTC. Working around the building construction team, Vesta obtained final inspections on the same day as the building was approved for occupancy. The space itself was designed to be highly flexible, and extensive use of Connectrac was incorporated to encourage future furniture layout changes without any core drilling. Those collaborative areas kept an open feel by using a combination of open ceilings and cloud areas painted stark white, using the natural light of an older building to the highest degree possible.
