VESTA worked closely with Essex and the project team to complete the 8,500 square foot tenant improvement, including a custom reception area and conference room overlooking Union Square, in an eight-week time frame. We worked closely with the design team and client to maintain the required move-in date while reconfiguring office fronts during the project.
