VESTA partnered with the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District – the first ever BID formed in metro Denver – to construct an open, 4,000-square-foot office space at 2401 E. 2nd Ave. in Cherry Creek, that encourages team collaboration and capitalizes on the building’s unique, open aesthetic.
Working within a tight timeline, VESTA collaborated quickly with its partners to create an environment that meets the growing needs of the BID through the strategic blend of private offices and common spaces. Multiple meeting and break-out rooms are located throughout the office, including custom conference facilities located in the building’s basement. While ample gathering space was a top priority for the BID, the office maintains an open, airy feel with exposed ductwork and 14-foot concrete ceilings, as well as the use of interior glass walls that take advantage of natural light.
