Spectacular mountain views and glimpses of Denver’s booming skyline serve as the ideal back drop for this high-end tenant improvement project for Quorum Software, an innovative mobile- and -cloud-based oil and gas software platform.
Located in the Chase Building in the heart of downtown Denver, VESTA collaborated with design firm Stantec to execute the remodel Quorum’s top floor space, creating an elevated, high-end experience for the company’s employees on a tight budget and timeline.
The thoughtful use of floor-to-ceiling windows take advantage of ample natural light and boost employee productivity, while showcasing Colorado’s breathtaking scenery. Dark surfaces and variable flooring are complemented by exposed ceilings, expansive and welcoming meeting spaces and modern, premium finishes, including furniture, lighting and demountable walls that helped Quorum feel comfortable – and at home – in Denver.
