90 Octane brought in Vesta early in the planning process to assist IA Interior Architects in creating a space with several “WOW” factors on a budget. Together the team created a space with a reception to attract clients, a break and bar area to elevate employee morale, a collaborative work area that feels spacious, and an all new HVAC system for under $30 per square foot. The entire construction project was completed in under eight weeks, including in-project abatement.
